This is an opportunity to join our globally distributed team as a System Development Manager, overseeing regional teams across multiple locations. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery and execution of incident management functions.

Job Description

This position requires a highly skilled individual who can lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals, driving down event duration and improving service delivery through effective usage of incident management tools.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a proven track record of shipping large complex scalable systems/applications in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day delivery and execution of incident management functions
  • Managing regional teams across multiple locations
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Experience of having worked in at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as Java or C++
  • Proven track record of shipping large complex scalable systems/applications in an agile environment
