Oracle Developer - Enterprise Finance Transformation

The Oracle Developer will play a key role in the global finance transformation program, focused on modernizing and migrating legacy systems to next-generation platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to build high-performance solutions that support critical financial operations across the bank.

Job Description:
As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex PL/SQL solutions for large-scale enterprise databases. You will migrate existing reference data functionality into modernized, strategic platforms, build and enhance tools that reduce time-to-market for onboarding new data feeds, extend core reference data platforms with features that improve data quality, analytics, and operational insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development experience in large-scale, high-volume enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and advanced stored procedures.
- Proven experience with Oracle database features and tools for handling complex data transformation and reporting logic.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling and reference data management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.
