Leisure Club Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for all members, you will deal with queries in person, by phone and email.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
  • Assist the Club Manager in marketing and up-selling the club.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties.
  • Administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Poll/lifeguard certification and First Aid is essential.
  • NCEF qualification or equivalent is also essential.

About this Role:
