Job Title: Site Manager / Residential Developer

As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations on their construction site. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Managing site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
  • Leading and motivating the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a salary ranging from €75,000 - €90,000, a fully expensed Company Vehicle, Laptop and Phone, and a company package.
