Obstetrician and Gynaecologist Service Lead

Job Opportunity
Position Overview:- Develop and lead obstetric and gynaecological services to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the development of obstetrical and gynaecological services at a hospital setting.
- Lead education, training, and audit in relation to these services.
- Provide on-call commitment at a designated hospital.
Main Objectives:
- Improve access to gynaecology services at assessment and treatment levels.
- Enhance obstetric and gynaecological outpatient services with a focus on benign gynaecology.
- Offer surgical services including ambulatory, day case, in-patient, and obstetric procedures.
- Manage labor ward service and on-call commitments.
Candidate Profile:
- A fully trained specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Registered as a Specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the relevant medical council.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Strong clinical governance and risk management understanding is required.
- A dynamic leader who provides best-in-class patient care and inspires future generations is needed.
