Job Title: Order to Cash Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing data requirements and governance related to our business operations across Order to Cash.

This position involves collaborating cross-functionally with program sponsors, process owners, and IT to ensure end-user success in SAP implementation. You will also support Global Business Operations projects and change.

Data Governance refers to the process of managing and maintaining master data in a consistent, accurate, and reliable manner across our organization. This involves establishing rules, policies, roles, and workflows to ensure the quality, integrity, and lifecycle management of customer data.

The primary focus of this role is on Customer Master Data, with additional responsibilities for related Master Data Sets used in Order to Cash transactions. Your key responsibilities will include configuring the Master Data Management process through data modeling and business rules, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, analysis and coordination of large-volume data extractions, transformations, and loads, identifying issues and opportunities, driving solutions in data governance, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating and regulating high-level reliability and consistency through data, investigating further automation potential to eliminate manual errors, and endorsing agility.

You will utilize your business expertise to overcome challenges and ensure a sustainable OTC cycle through data integration. Excellence in Data Management processes and design further excellence actions through global best practices.
