Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our products and services.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical and research skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop regional go-to-market strategies for our products and services.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Assist in developing clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market.
  • Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with content writers and creative designers to create and maintain a library of marketing assets.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with product training, sales tools, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for a broader audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
