Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Late Night Hospitality Team Member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the switchboard, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform reception duties, including check-in and check-out as directed by the night manager
  • Prepare and set up function and meeting rooms to ensure seamless events
  • Ensure guest needs are met and toilets and cloakrooms are clean and tidy at all times
Additional Duties:
  • Cleanliness tasks will be carried out as directed by the duty manager/night manager
  • Perform security checks and fire checks at regular intervals to maintain a safe environment
  • Operate machinery safely and adhere to Health and Safety procedures
  • Maintain equipment and materials in good condition to prevent hazardous situations
Requirements:
  • A motivated individual with excellent organisational and people management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality levels at all times
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage workload effectively
