Job Description

The role of a Night Porter is to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during late evening and early morning hours.

Key responsibilities include managing the switchboard, performing occasional reception duties, preparing and setting up function and meeting rooms, and maintaining clean and tidy toilets and cloakrooms.

  • Manage the switchboard at all times.
  • Perform occasional reception duties, including check-in and check-out as directed by Reception.
  • Prepare and set up function and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain clean and tidy toilets and cloakrooms.

This position requires strong organisational and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality levels.
