Product Innovation Leader Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of new products and service solutions for end healthcare clients and stakeholders.

You will be part of a global organisation leading the search, evaluation, and prioritisation of new product opportunities, facilitating innovation and focus sessions, and developing business cases.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organisations, leveraging strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to influence senior leaders.
  • Drive idea generation, evaluation, and execution, partnering closely with business teams to meet annual targets and strengthen market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assess business cases, financial models, and scenarios for proposed products.
  • Monitor and track innovation pipeline value through dashboards and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience in product and innovation.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare/pharma supply chain or wholesale providers.
  • Proven success leading large-scale initiatives and developing business cases.
