Key Position: Senior Manager Application Support

This is a senior-level role focused on overseeing multiple teams responsible for application support, including error resolution and process standardization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying trends and developing effective solutions.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple teams providing application support services and drive the implementation of trend-based standard solutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Sustainability teams, as well as IT and solution providers, to enhance supply chain processes and solutions.
  • Provide leadership, metrics tracking, and comprehensive support documentation to drive organizational success.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements and ensure data quality management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar field.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, and/or sustainability operations.
  • Experience in process design, reviews, and improvement strategies.
  • Proven direct people management skills, including leading diverse global teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree or advanced education.
  • Strong executive presence and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to lead complex projects and integrate client and team feedback.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills.
Work Arrangements:

In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes work-from-home and assigned office days set by your manager.
