Job Description:

The role of Senior Manager Application Support is a critical position within the organization. As a member of this team, you will oversee multiple teams that focus on error support, correction, and reconciliation. This includes ensuring timely resolution of issues and working closely with subject matter experts to identify trends and implement solutions.

\

This position requires extensive partnering with various stakeholders, including Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability (GSSCS), IT, and solution providers. Your team will be the first line of support for the larger GSSCS team and in some instances, the entire Verizon enterprise.

\

As a strategic role, this position will drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes and solutions. Responsibilities include organizational leadership, metrics tracking, crisp and clear support documentation, business process subject matter expertise to implement solutions, data quality management, and communication of improvement initiatives.
