The Customer Process Improvement Specialist will play a key role in analyzing and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall business processes. This includes investigating inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continual improvement to enhance customer experience
  • Investigate and analyze current business processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology
  • Identify areas of non-value waste and drive improvements
  • Standardize and optimize global processes
  • Initiate and oversee Continuous Improvement projects

Candidate Profile:

  • degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or other process improvement methodologies
  • proactive, positive, self-starter with passion for process improvement
  • ability to work independently and within team environment
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • interpersonal skills with ability to develop and manage relationships at all organizational levels
  • proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
  • experience in SaaS operations an advantage
