Job Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced financial professional to manage individual budgets, analyse actual spend versus forecast and adjust forecasts as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoice processing and payment workflow, creating detailed invoice tracking documents of actual spend per invoice, and tracking invoices against Purchase Orders.
  • This role also involves producing weekly/monthly and quarterly financial reports for new and ongoing projects, checking monthly expense reports versus supplied paperwork, and entering expense data into the system.
Requirements
  • A tech-savvy individual with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong communication and organisation skills is required.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in finance, accounting or business, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
  • A self-starter who shows initiative and can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
