We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team and contribute towards the management of commercial matters relating to scheme delivery of major infrastructure projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume day-to-day delivery responsibility for projects/programmes of work and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks without supervision.
- Monitor project fees and ensure resource and time inputs are in line with approved budgets.
- Ensure that change control processes are effectively managed for the services provided.
- Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and client reports.
- Provide advice on procurement and contracts.
- Minimum 15+ years' commercial management experience with at least 5 years' experience carrying out project management activities across the project lifecycle through to completion in high-value road and/or infrastructure projects.
- IDEAL degree qualified: construction, cost management, engineering, quantity surveying or other RICS-accredited degree.
- Strong core technical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
