Catering Team Member Job

Are you looking for a role that offers flexibility and hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Excel Recruitment is currently hiring a temporary Catering Team Member to work across multiple client sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry experience, learn new skills, and work in a variety of professional kitchens. As a Catering Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the kitchen by undertaking tasks such as washing pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment, sanitising surfaces, floors, and walls according to hygiene standards, assisting with basic food preparation when required, and restocking and replenishing food stations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Washing and sanitising kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation
  • Restocking and replenishing food stations
Requirements:
  • Manual handling certificate (training can be provided)
  • HACCP/food safety training (can be provided)
  • Previous kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work as part of a team
