Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our contract catering team in Cork. As a key member of the operations, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a busy on-site restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, staff coordination, and compliance with food safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
  • Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery
  • Monitor efficiency and performance to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality or catering environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Understanding of contract catering or high-volume service environments an advantage
  • Excellent customer service ethos and people management abilities
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
