We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Restaurant Manager to join our high-performing team in a contract catering environment in Cork. This is a daytime, Monday to Friday role, ideal for a seasoned professional looking to maintain a work-life balance while leading a quality-driven food service operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery.
  • Monitor budgets and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle scheduling, training, and team performance reviews.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and HACCP standards.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality or catering environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of contract catering or high-volume service environments an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service ethos and people management abilities.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and independently.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
