Business Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to join our team in an office-based role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. This position offers a varied workload, requiring a balance of technical expertise, organisational skills, and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing detailed production drawings using AutoCAD
  • Ordering materials/goods and maintaining accurate stock control and records
  • Preparing costings for incoming materials and goods
  • Overseeing and supporting workshop staff and fitting teams
  • Organising snag lists and ensuring successful completion of projects
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the business and collaborating with office staff
  • Conducting site surveys, liaising with contractors, and providing excellent customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of the kitchen industry is essential. Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in producing production drawings are also required. Additionally, excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities, strong communication and people management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering results are necessary.
