Are you a motivated and detail-driven professional with a passion for developing effective training solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager role that will challenge your skills and knowledge.

This role involves designing, managing, and delivering technical training programs tailored to the needs of our datacenter teams. You will be responsible for conducting workforce training needs analyses, implementing procedural change management initiatives, and supporting the development of trainers within your region.

As a Program Manager, you will apply project and program management principles to evaluate training effectiveness, report on learning outcomes, and contribute to the career growth of our trainers. The role offers flexibility in terms of location and work-from-home scheduling, depending on time zone coverage and business needs.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in operations management, team management, and training development. You should have a strong background in instructional design, data analysis, and communication. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with global teams to integrate existing and new learning solutions that address emerging business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, program management, or equivalent work experience. At least two years' equivalent experience in instructional design or educational technology is required. Previous experience in the datacenter industry developing training solutions, leveraging instructional design, and directing others to deliver effective training programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from training programs to identify learning needs and areas for improvement.
  • Use metrics to track progress against team objectives and broader Global Training Operations goals.
  • Measure results to inform resource prioritization and support vendor teams in aligning Key Results and Performance Indicators with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate existing and new learning solutions that address emerging business needs.
  • Identify operational risks, training gaps, and learning opportunities, and communicate these insights to stakeholders and regional training managers.
  • Promote learning solutions to increase awareness, demand, and consumption across the workforce.
  • Leverage multiple communication channels and points of influence to drive engagement across all organizational layers.
  • Share global perspectives with regional leadership and program managers to coordinate resources and deliver effective training programs across datacenters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, program management, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years' equivalent experience in instructional design or educational technology.
  • Experience working in operations management, team management, and training development.
  • Strong background in instructional design, data analysis, and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams to integrate existing and new learning solutions.
