Line Maintenance Production Planner

We are seeking a skilled Line Maintenance Production Planner to join our team at Dublin Airport.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of scheduled aircraft maintenance, working closely with the Line Maintenance Manager and Duty Airworthiness Control Engineer in the Operations Control Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review scheduled line maintenance tasks against relevant technical manuals (AMM, CMM, SRM) to ensure necessary parts, tooling, and equipment are prepared in advance.
  • Coordinate specialist support such as NDT, borescope inspections, and additional manpower where needed.
  • Liaise with CAMO if manual access or documentation issues arise.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Planning Department to optimise maintenance scheduling.
  • Monitor upcoming Hard Time Items (HILs) and ensure spares availability.
  • Manage the movement of stock between bases to meet station requirements, notifying Materials for replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure adequate station stock levels and respond to alerts on consumables and expendables.
  • Track manpower availability and man-hour capacity to support planned tasks.
  • Work closely with the Planning, Airworthiness, and Materials teams to identify and resolve any issues affecting maintenance delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • A strong understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and associated documentation is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team is vital.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in AMOS being a distinct advantage.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm, combined with solid interpersonal skills, are essential.
  • Eligibility to live, work, and travel freely within the EU is required.
  • Passing a strict airport security vetting process, including a 5-year background check, is mandatory.
  • An EASA or UK CAA Part 66 Licence is highly desirable.
