We are seeking an Engineering Operations Coordinator to join our client who is a leading civil and engineering company in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with local authorities, emergency services, and transport providers to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with customer care teams to facilitate carding for affected residents.
- Notify blue light services (emergency services) about planned works and disruptions.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of HSQE requirements, ground support systems, and commercial awareness of projects costs. They should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
- Arrange indemnities as required for works and road closures.
- Draft directional and narrative statements for County Councils (Co Co) on road closures, including descriptions and press release content for public information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and the ability to read designs.
- Time management abilities to meet targets.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
