Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative solutions for Orthopaedic and Trauma applications. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex concepts and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently design and implement system architectural designs and relevant documentation.
  • Evaluate new technologies to support design and platform technology selection.
  • Collaborate with surgeon customers in user settings, communicating design goals and incorporating feedback into designs.
  • Maintain and improve engineering methods and practices, training team members on established best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to determine project schedules and time commitments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science (Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering preferred) or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in product design for Orthopaedics or related fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership of technical work groups and experience with clinical issues and performance requirements of Orthopaedic implants.
  • Experience in design controls, risk management, and parametric CAD design packages.
  • Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and its application.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions.
