We are seeking a skilled Senior Packaging Specialist to join our dynamic global organization.
- Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions that improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Design and develop best-in-class packaging components, including labels and artwork.
- Drive continuous improvement and assessment of current procedures, identifying best practices and areas for growth.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or applicable technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development.
- Demonstrated expertise in resolving design and process-related packaging issues on commercial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct design verification and shelf-life testing to ensure packaging meets regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with drafter to develop 3D models and artwork for packaging components.
- Work cooperatively with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, R&D device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers across geographies to ensure project success.
