Senior Packaging Innovation Specialist

Join a dynamic global organization as an experienced R&D Packaging Engineer to contribute to high-impact packaging projects.
This key role is responsible for designing and developing best-in-class packaging and labeling solutions, conducting design verification and shelf-life testing, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing innovative packaging and labeling components that enhance the customer experience.
- Driving continuous improvement and assessment of current procedures and Voice of the Customer input.
- Collaborating with drafter to develop 3D models and artwork.
- Delivering high-quality deliverables through development life cycle knowledge.
- Working cooperatively with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers across geographies to ensure project success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Proven experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development.
- Ability to resolve design and process-related packaging issues on commercial products.
