Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced packaging professional to join our team in designing and developing innovative packaging solutions for medical devices. This role involves creating best-in-class packaging and labeling designs, conducting verification and shelf-life testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop packaging and labeling solutions that improve the customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement and assessment of current procedures and Voice of the Customer input.
  • Work cooperatively with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing, R&D device designers, supply chain, vendors, and kitting centers across geographies to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development desired.
