Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to oversee revenue strategy and day-to-day operations for our hotels.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies, overseeing yield operations for each hotel.
  • Conduct competitive benchmark studies and analyze market trends to optimize pricing.
  • Provide regular forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hotel sales and reservations teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates for each hotel.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs through more efficient distribution channels.
  • Lead the development of SOPs, coach and train the reservations team, and manage their performance.
Requirements:
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop relationships with hotel teams and external partners.
  • Capacity to balance short-term goals with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural contexts.
