About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate and manage all aspects of the team from achieving sales to personal development.
  • Customer Service: Set the customer service expectation in the store and deliver same.
  • Grooming Studio: Drive the performance of the Grooming Studio to maximize bookings and repeat business.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock management including stock takes, ordering, replenishment processing.
  • Livestock Care: Ensure the care and comfort of our livestock.
  • In-Store Events: Ensure the success of various in-store events.
Requirements:
  • People Management: Proven experience in people management.
  • Sales Strategy: Highly organized with a focus on sales strategy.
