Your Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong leadership skills to provide direction, build loyalty and trust, and maintain motivation and focus within a team
  • Sales and performance coaching to enhance individual and team performance
  • Hardworking, conscientious, and self-motivated to achieve standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives

Problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to reduce a problem to its root cause and find a logical solution. A strong sales background or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not essential. Industry and product knowledge in any of the categories sold by Harvey Norman is also beneficial.
