Job Opportunity:

Talent acquisition specialists lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including early career recruitment and managing applicant tracking systems. They collaborate with hiring managers to create attractive offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for manufacturing and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs.
  • Involve in Early Career recruitment & activities
  • Phone screen prospective employees prior to sharing with manager to ensure suitability for role
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers to secure top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates
  • Develop strong, professional trusting relationships with business partners
  • Develop strong team player skills with a growth mindset and desire to share expertise with/learn from fellow team and wider colleagues
