Talent Acquisition Professional

As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading full cycle recruiting activities for various business units and supporting strategic talent acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full cycle recruiting activities to achieve business needs.
  • Involve early career recruitment and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens of prospective employees to ensure suitability for roles.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create attractive offers and secure top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely updates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume engineering or science roles.
  • Experience with Workday Recruit is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and exercise initiative when needed.
