Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Galway, Ireland. This key role is part of our Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise and plays a critical part in identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates for operations sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality pipelines that support long-term hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to understand hiring needs and define targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Use advanced search techniques, such as Boolean logic, X-ray searching, data mining, and targeted outreach, to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Maintain talent pools for critical roles to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to provide insights into talent availability, compensation trends, and location strategies.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in Engineering and R&D roles within highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous mentorship experience (Hiring Managers, Recruiters).
  • Desirable: Experience in employer branding and Workday recruiting software.
