Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will oversee all recruitment and selection, drive training and development amongst staff, create and drive engagement strategies, maintain employee compliance standards, and oversee payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Drive Training and Development initiatives to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Design and execute Engagement Strategies to boost staff morale and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing and budget management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or a related field, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business or similar, and CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
