We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our talent acquisition team.

About the Role:
  • Develop targeted strategies to deliver high-quality pipelines that support our hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements and define tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Advise on best practices for market engagement, channel mix, and messaging to attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in Engineering and R&D roles within regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and previous mentorship experience.
  • Experience with Workday recruiting software is desirable.
