Job Summary

The Technical Capability Team plays a vital role in ensuring the organization's engineering and technical capabilities align with its business strategy. As a Technical Capability Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, supporting selection activities, managing program administration, facilitating technical training delivery, promoting inclusion and CSR initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency.

About This Role

  • Coordinate graduate and undergraduate recruitment efforts to meet long-term forecast and annual recruitment figures.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage shortlisting, interviewing, and selection activities for early career programs.
  • Liaise with HR Governance and Operations to oversee approvals, rotations, pay adjustments, bonuses, and allowances for graduate and PE hires.
  • Provide administrative support for the setup and execution of technical training programs and PE assessment interviews.
  • Champion diversity in STEM careers and support inclusion activities within the team.
  • Maintain recruitment campaign schedules, act as a shopper for the team, and manage EMP Training CPC Card purchases.
  • Support strategic projects, such as the Graduate Pipeline & Program Reimagination Project and the Technical Development Committee.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven record of innovation and problem-solving, with a flexible approach to work.
