Professional Claims Handler

As a Claims Handler, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality, compliant, and efficient claims handling.
This involves supporting your team and management in achieving strategic objectives by ensuring delivery of performance objectives.
- Provide information to customers regarding their eligibility, cover/benefits, and terms and conditions. Advise them on the claims process and update them regularly and compliantly on the progress of their claim.
- Ensure that information provided to customers and third parties is correct, clear, complete, and up-to-date by consulting relevant data sources.
- Support a proactive culture where priorities are driven by customer needs.
This role requires flexibility to adapt to business needs and prioritize workflow effectively.
To be successful, you will need a thorough understanding of consumer protection regulations and minimum competency standards. You should also possess excellent investigation skills, ability to articulate complicated information clearly and accurately, and excellent written communication skills.
