Senior Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our kitchen crew. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the head chef to assist in food preparation and cooking, contributing to the success of our culinary operations.

About the Role:
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the head chef, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our customers.
  • Maintain a good understanding of HSE Safety and hygiene guidelines in the kitchen, adhering to industry standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the head chef by chopping & measuring ingredients, stock control, and preparing ingredients for cooking.
  • Foster effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff, promoting seamless service delivery.
  • Show adaptability and composure during busy periods, managing workload efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a commercial kitchen (at least 1 year) and possess strong interpersonal, patience, and attention-to-detail skills. A valid right to work in Ireland is essential.
