Account Handler
About the PositionAs a seasoned Account Handler, you will be responsible for guiding junior team members and delivering high-quality service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to achieve optimal retention rates and drive growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Create documentation for new clients, including mid-term adjustments and renewal information.
- Secure renewal terms for clients and ensure accurate recording of customer details.
- Address insurer and client queries regarding policies, confirm coverage with relevant insurers, and process policies as necessary.
- Apply fundamental legal and regulatory principles in relation to internal policies and insurance contracts.
- Possessing or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute Qualification (Dip CII or FIT) is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is essential.
- Risk-aware when handling customer information, 100% client-centric, and focused on delivering the best possible outcome for clients at all times.
- Diligent in due diligence and process-driven to deadlines, task-focused, results-oriented, and proactive in assisting team members.
