Senior Client Service Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality client service and support to a large number of clients. This will involve acting as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the client, maintaining and enhancing the service provided to the client, and owning, managing, and resolving all client queries.
The role will also involve being aware of transition activity linked to the client, identifying and managing the resolution of service delivery root causes, and initiating frequent proactive communication with investment manager daily contacts to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.
In addition, the role will involve participating in service reviews as required, building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal partners, and monitoring and resolving cash and stock exceptions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional client service and support. You will also need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
You will need to be technically sound in the area of global custody operations, with a broader knowledge of other business areas. Additionally, you will need to have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, and a mature approach to problem-solving.
A college or university degree is preferred, but not essential. What is essential is that you have the right skills, experience, and attitude to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.
