GlobeTech is a global provider of software localization, translation, QA, and data analysis services to the multinational IT sector.

We are seeking an experienced professional who will manage the execution and delivery of training for a global team of Data Validation Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate course materials
  • Deliver training to a team of analysts on a regular schedule, both in the US and abroad
  • Assist in developing and maintaining technical training content, presentations, recording videos, keynotes, and accompanying materials
  • Support, mentor, and train a team of data validation analysts
  • Design trainings that can be scaled and replicated to support new hires and team growth
  • Track delivery and execution of training programs from start to finish
  • Design a survey process and feedback loop on efficiency and results of implemented trainings

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 months contract with possible extension.
