WhatsApp Integrity Operations Manager: Unlocking Safety and Efficiency

As a WhatsApp Integrity Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Safety Team through vendor engagement and process improvement. This role will involve driving quality and efficiency outputs by influencing and executing the Safety strategy and roadmaps across product, policy, process, systems, data and analytics.

Gathering, analyzing and utilizing relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience and safety is key in this position. You will analyze operational data to identify trends and work cross-functionally on solutions to drive continuous improvement and step-change innovation.

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with cross-functional partners in Outsourcing, Policy, Security and Engineering to ensure seamless collaboration and goal-oriented results.
  • Effectively plan and manage complex projects from initial ideation through final execution to further our mission.
  • Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotations as well as after-hours and weekend duties when necessary.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strategic/analytical initiatives (operations, project management, quality, process optimization) with a track record of delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results through strategically, analytically and creatively evaluating and solving problems.
  • Experience building connections with cross-functional partners and team members through effective communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
