Supervisor of Community Services

This role offers a predictable schedule and better work-life balance for a qualified Nurse or Social Care Worker. You will be supporting carers and ensuring quality community care across the North East Region.
You will need to be flexible to work outside standard hours from time to time to support clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in community care, supervisory skills, and excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support carers delivering community care throughout the Northeast
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with care plans
- Build and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and families
- Participate in on-call rosters
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations
- Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience
- Vehicle or mileage rates

- Registered Nurse (RGN, RNID, RPN) or qualified Social Care Worker
- Experience in community care is an advantage
