Lead Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our team and drive excellence in patient care.

About the Role:

The Lead Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pharmacy practice, providing best-in-class services, and leading a team of pharmacists and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all pharmacy services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • To provide expert clinical advice and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • To manage and develop a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and implement changes as required.
  • To work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a pharmacist.
  • Holding a PSI-approved Pharmacy Qualification and being registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
