Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Dublin Adult Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing a personalized program for each service user, providing ongoing assessment and intervention, and supporting them in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized programs for service users based on their unique needs and goals
* Provide ongoing assessment and intervention to ensure optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
* Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research in physiotherapy

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Statutory registration as a physiotherapist with the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU
* Three years of full-time post-qualification clinical experience
* Strong knowledge and skills in managing tone, posture, and other relevant areas of physiotherapy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and access to own transport
