Our team provides technical record specialist services to aircraft engine lessors who own and lease engines. Core functions include reviewing supplied documentation for compliance with OEM, airworthiness standards, and customer requirements.

The job requires liaison with lessors, customers, technical consultants, and colleagues in Germany, as well as management of all supplied documentation, maintenance of various IT systems, and generation of standardised outgoing marketing sales documents.

The role demands high levels of awareness and attention to detail, short response times, and communication with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will have knowledge and skills in the use of maintenance manuals, documentation systems, and airworthiness legislation requirements.

Responsibilities include managing engine documentation, creating lease return discrepancy reports, creating and managing documentation file structures, maintaining records in various databases, updating record systems, and attending weekly conference calls with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess a thorough approach to work with high attention to detail and accuracy. They will also have strong analytical thinking, technical understanding, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
