This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the management of environmental regulation and compliance within our organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to support the Regional Wastewater Compliance Manager in ensuring that our water and wastewater network and treatment works comply with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sampling plans, providing laboratory sampling services, and developing risk mitigation and issue resolution action plans.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Regional Wastewater Compliance Manager in managing key wastewater compliance issues
  • Implementing sampling plans to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Providing regular progress updates to technical leads and assisting in the development of briefing papers
  • Identifying potential trouble sites and escalating issues to the Regional Wastewater Compliance Manager
  • Ensuring compliance with HSQE procedures and liaising with regional operations and environmental teams as needed

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong background in upholding organizational values, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
