Our ideal candidate is a skilled Service and Support Specialist who will provide exceptional customer service, ensure equipment and applications are properly installed and maintained, and drive revenue growth through proactive engagement with customers. We're looking for someone who excels at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communicating effectively to meet customer needs.

About the Role

The Service and Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive services to our clients, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating equipment and applications within our portfolio. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing expert guidance and support, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site service and support to customers, ensuring all equipment and products are left in a safe manner for use.
  • Maintain accurate records of client installations and work carried out, creating detailed service reports and completing necessary paperwork on time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities and promote company services.
  • Conduct site briefings, tours, and inductions as required, promoting company products and services.
  • Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota to ensure 24/7 support for customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
  • Field service experience preferred, but not essential.
