Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for assisting customers with all their retail activities, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing expert product advice.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, ensuring that each client receives a professional and high-quality service at every visit.
  • You will also be responsible for managing point-of-sale transactions, handling cash and stock, and following procedures to ensure security and accuracy.
  • Your duties may include restocking displays, coding, pricing, and updating product prices for resale.
  • You will work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and support the growth and development of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide expert product advice, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Maintain Store Presentation: Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of store appearance, ensuring that each client receives a professional and high-quality service.
  3. Manage Point-of-Sale Transactions: Handle cash and stock, manage point-of-sale transactions, and follow procedures to ensure security and accuracy.
  4. Support Business Objectives: Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support the growth and development of the store.

Requirements:

  • 1 year retail or trade experience: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-person position: Must be able to commute or relocate to Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Great Delivery of Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on building customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Ability to Work on Own Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
