We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information to customers.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, 11am-3pm (20 hours/week). The successful candidate will undergo an initial training period of 9-11 weeks, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries">
  • Collate information from customers and maintain accurate records">
