Job Title: Leadership Role in Customer Support

A dynamic and results-driven leadership professional is sought to manage a team of customer support specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving exceptional service delivery, leading high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the relevant manager to ensure daily operations run effectively
- Managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all targets and SLAs are met
- Leading by example, coaching, and mentoring team members on best practices
- Ensuring effective communication through regular individual and team meetings
- Identifying training needs and collaborating with the training team to develop solutions

Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant third-level qualification advantageous
- In-depth experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively
- Fluency in Spanish and English essential
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and accuracy required
